1 . Brief introduction
In the manufacturing process of metal welding components, automatic submerged arc welding is a major welding method. It is widely used. It is widely used in submerged arc welding because the flux is expensive and its quality directly affects the welding. Quality, so the flux needs to be recycled for reuse. In response to this situation, our factory has specially designed and produced flux recovery machines, flux granulators (screening machines), flux magnetic separators, flux dryers and other equipment, which can effectively solve the above problems. Among them, the flux recovery machine has two types and five specifications to meet the needs of various occasions. One is a mobile flux recovery machine, which also has the function of an industrial vacuum cleaner. Its bucket is fixed on the frame and integrated with the host. The bottom is equipped with wheels for mobile operation. This machine is a fixed flux recovery. Machine, that is, the bucket is connected to the host, the bucket capacity is about 200KG , the bucket can also be fixed on the welding platform or welding rack, the host is placed on the platform or on the ground, this way is convenient for continuous operation and work efficient.
The flux recovery machine device produced by our factory has been used in batches in H- beam welding production lines, spiral tube production lines, boiler membrane wall production lines, etc., and has replaced imported products in many occasions and has been well received by users.
2 . Specifications and parameters

The mobile flux recovery machine is mainly composed of a fan, a bucket, a suction filter (dust bag), a suction hose, and casters. The machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient movement, low noise, and large suction power.
When the fan of the recovery machine is running, the air in the container is filtered by the dust filter and sucked out by the fan, thereby generating a negative pressure, so the air is brought into the container through the suction tube with the flux. The mobile flux recovery machine is generally equipped with wheels below ZH2-3 .
This machine is a fixed flux recovery machine with a recovery capacity of 200KG and a recovery distance ≈ 8m
3 ． 2 How to use
3 ． 2 . 1 Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the product, and whether it is grounded according to regulations when using three-phase four-wire. After connecting the power supply, turn on the power switch. The power indicator should have a signal indication. Correct, you can check whether there is suction at the suction nozzle to judge. If the suction is very strong, it means that the power supply is correctly connected. If there is no suction, you can stop the suction switch, turn off the power and change the power, and try again. You must have a strong suction at the suction nozzle to be correct.
3 ． 2 . 2 The middle red button is an electric vibration start switch. The frequency of electric vibration is controlled by an automatic counter. The purpose is to remove the dust on the dust filter (dust bag) through electrical vibration. It can come out of the dust outlet, and the dust filter ( Dust bag) It is very important to keep it intact. Its intactness refers to two aspects. First, it must not be damaged and there are loopholes. Otherwise, the flux will enter the fan and cause damage. Second, it needs to maintain good air permeability. Clean the dust on the dust filter (dust bag). Generally, as long as the electric vibration switch is activated at regular time, the dust cleaning effect can be achieved. When the dust is cleaned, the power must be turned off, otherwise the dust is difficult to remove. Regularly replace or clean the dust filter (dust bag). Normal. Replace it every 3000 hours.
3 ． 2 . 3 Pay attention to the amount of solder in the bucket, not too much, the excessive flux will block the dust filter and affect the normal operation of the machine.
